T-shirt

My friend came from Minnesota and all I got was this lousy t-shirt.

Actually, dear reader, that's a complete lie. The t-shirt is far from lousy. It's fabulous - doncha think? Brian was very generous and also brought me a Bea Arthur CD, some books, Pomegranite tea, a framed photograph from Juggerpix, a video message from Michèle and a book from the ever fabulous Moncrief.

Saying, "Thank you," simply isn't enough. I shall have to think of something!

By the way, don't you think I look utterly insane in the above photograph?

Insane?? I think you look utterly stunning.

And you could pass for an American (not sure if that's a good thing or not.)

I love seeing that cheesy Golden Gopher logo on you. It's brilliant!

I want a Bea Arthur cd now (she was my Queen of the Week first!)

Seriously, though, can you check my blog please and see if I've made any new posts..... I posted 3 but they don't seem to have registered.

Alan, they're there. Press refresh on your browser if you still don't see it.

thanks Brett. I did call minge to ask him to check but she's far too busy watching Big Brother to pay me any attention. lol.

I already commented on your news posts so that you can see they've showed up!

You little bitch!

I thought it was a Beaver, not a Gopher! Can we call him Gordon?

Minge said...

Do you want me to burn the Bea Arthur CD for you?

You should be reading the blogs, hen. The CD was mentioned and I cheekily asked Brian to copy it for me. Am I a shameless bitch or what?

Alan Fisher said...

Shameless? yes. Bitch? Of course.

But I still love you for not making me eat that raspberry pudding in Stirling. x.

You girls are catty.

You can call him Gordon.

It's the Golden Gopher, the mascot of the University of Minnesota sports teams.

Moncrief Speaks said...

Oh, I guess his name is Goldy.

Does it trouble you he doesn't wear pants?

What excactly did you do with your HAIR?!?

Minge said...

I like the fact that no pants are worn.

Alan, you know me, anything going into your mouth is purely optional.

Hildert - Domestos.

Minnesota? Boo. :-P

If we are still in contact when I make across the pond, I'll have to get you a shirt with a real BIG TEN mascot-- SPARTY!

Minge said...

Yay!

If?

RIC said...

... Save the best for last: No, YOU KNOW QUITE WELL you look absolutely gorgeous, stunning,... If we weren't so far away from each other I guess I...
(Shut the f...ck up, Ric! Your mouth is as big as hell!)
Sorry, Minge, I'm not allowed to speak my mind... Censorship's around again.
What a smile!!! :-)

Moncrief Speaks said...

Minge, you look very fetching in that shirt!

You should wear it when you come here (notice I said "when," not "if.)

Minnesota is the hidden treasure of the U.S, the undiscovered gem.

Minge said...

Cencorship is vile, Ric! Speak your mind, hen. Spill those beans!

Brett, I will wear my MN t-shirt when I come to your fabulous state (note "when" and not "if").

Bleach!

The March Hare said...

Yes, but why?

Minge said...

So I don't look so bald!

The March Hare said...

Beautiful bald isn't ugly, I always say... But OK, the blonde suits you very well. After all: gentlemen prefer blondes, so... hm... ;-) I can say that, being blonde myself.
