Little Miss Sunshine

While I'm away on my all-Nippon holiday, Little Miss Sunshine will open in UK cinemas.

This makes me sick.

It had better be a hit and still be showing on my return! I've just seen the trailer. I think it's going to become one of my favourite films of all time. It's got hot men (most notably Greg Kinnear), a hilariously funny script and stars the most fabulous Toni Collette.

Oh, and when it comes out on DVD, I'm going to watch it every day. And if you come to visit me, dear reader, I'm going to make you watch it, too.

How did I hear about all this fabulousness? I have a source:

Brett.

Ain't he wunnaful?

I couldn't give a flying toss what it's about but if it's got Toni Collette in it then I already love it.

D'you think she's a new gay icon for the Naughties?

Ha ha! You're hilarious.

Watch it every day, eh?

It is a brilliant movie though. Gut-bustingly funny and poignant at the same time.

And lots and lots of shots of Greg Kinnear's legs.

It's done really well here, so I imagine it will still be playing in Scotland upon your return.

Toni Collette is second only to La Garland and La Minnelli.

Oh, so that makes her third.

D'oh.

Oh, and yes. Every day. Or twice a day.
