48 days to go

It's my sad duty to inform you that Phyllis has deleted his blog. He said he wasn't getting many hits or comments and it wasn't worth continuing.

Please email Phyllis and beg him to revive it!

Deleted? DELETED?!

You don't delete blogs. You put up a last post saying, "I think I'm done here." And you leave it for posterity. How dare he rob us of this? I'm quite cross.

Bad Phylis! Bad!
Blogs don't get lots of hits to start with - they have to roll on and on and slowly build up a readership, who then share it, who in turn share it and so on...

As for the email link, you need to add HTML Code:

**Either the addy or a Clicky**

Dan said...

Ah crap, it allows links >:(

Dan said...

In fact I did it wrong anyway so don't worry :D

Dan said...

Posted the code on my blog :)
It's early and I'm not done with my first coffee yet ;)

Delete, delete...

Phyllis has become a Cyberman.

Dan, thanks for the HTML lesson. What do you think of your student's work?

Thanks again.

Brian, don't be cross. Be pensive. How can we punish Phyllis?

Tell him I'm very cross! Lot's of people read my blog and don't leave messages (which is annoying) but you don't see me stamping my feet in a big gay tantrum!

I loved reading his blog so he HAS to revive it ASAP.

How to punish Phyllis:

1) Take away his pizza
2) Make him watch William Shatner movies
3) Make him write letters of apology to everyone who did care enough to comment and who looked forward to his wit and insight.
4) No more nookie (that one's kinda all on you, Minge)
5) No Minnesota gift basket when I come to visit.

The William Shatner movies and nookie punishments will never work.

I'm sorry to hear that. I enjoyed reading it. I am going to email him right now. :)

I'm starting to think that this is all just a big diva thing so people will e-mail him and tell him how great he is... I think Princess needs a time-out.

Minge said...

Ian's no diva. Sometimes I wish he was. He's so cool and calm the whole time... Sometimes I wish he'd get excited or scream, but no, no, never.

i don't think it's possible to retrieve a deleted blog. Shit. He's just cut down my number of daily blogs to read to just 4, I'm SO annoyed.

:-(

We'll have to make sure it's reinstated.

What a drama queen!

Alan Fisher said...

Actually, Moncrief... Ian is the farthest from a drama queen you'll ever meet. If he's deleted his blog then he's done it for a reason, and I don't believe that lack of comments is why. I think that the approaching "40" might be more to do with it... though he looks younger than me, the cunt.

Phyllis. Get your finger out. How much more "love" do you need? We want to read your blog.

Minge said...

If it's not back up by the weekend, you must all come over and we'll gang finger him. That'll teach him!

I meant my "drama queen" comment as a joke, for the reconrd. No harm meant! I'm sure my invisible online friend had his reasons. Pity though. He was on my blogroll.

I've wanted to delete my blog a few times.

I like how easy it is to post comments on your blog, Minge. No passwords!

Minge said...

Nothing's ever taken seriously by me...!

I hate that password thing. I put it on a while back because of spam, but Alan got in a stress about it, so I took it off. I hated it, too. Even I had to bung in those stupid letters on my own blog!
