In other news:
Phyllis and I went to the beach today. It was a bit nippy in the breeze, though, so I sat with my t-shirt on and a towel wrapped around me. I could have sobbed. A five minute walk away from the sea, and we were back to blistering temperatures.
I have no confidence and I don't see why I should.
This evening, we are going to visit Alan. I'm going to do my level best not to smoke any of his fabulous cigarettes. He's back from his Ukrainian expedition, but only in the country a day before jetting off to Las Vegas. He has a small opening tonight, so we're off to West Lothian to see the wee lad.
