It's a blog ad aggregator. These geeky little programs run around the internet searching for key words and grab posts that will bring advertising to a certain site. Very tricky business, but it happens all the time.
Nothing to worry about, just internet monsters coming to steal your material. Most everyone who's on line a lot knows to avoid sites driven like that.
