Well, with the amount of minor issues they've ironed out, there are hardly any real issues any more. Occasionally I get an odd error, but either a refresh or a reload of my browser sorts it out.
Just remember to save all your links in the sidebar, just in case something goes wrong :)
I haven't had any real issues of late. I suspect they'll force you to switch at some point.
I don't know either... Until further notice, I'll ignore it. Meanwhile, some good advice will come, I hope...
I resist change
Beta won't change your blog or your blogging much, if you don't want it to. The slighly annoying things I've found are:
* You need a google account to have a beta blog. Which isn't the same as gmail.
* You need to log onto it to leave a comment.
* You'll have to reconstruct your blogroll. because the old one isn't transplanted into beta.
I think it's worthwhile. Just initially confusing.
I too get constant messages inviting me to switch but so far have resisted. In many ways I'm happy with my blog as it is at the moment - as the Brian says we could be forced to switch at some stage and I will probably wait until then!
Can anyone say what the chief advantages of beta blogger are over the old blogger? That might help to persuade me a bit more ...
Don't do it! Although you're provided with the illusion of having more control over how your blog looks, you have less and can not adapt your template. I really wish I hadn't bothered.
