I think he's quite hot, really - and this photo is rubbish. It was the best one I could find.
Sadly, there are none with his shirt off. Have you seen Tony Blair with his shirt off? He's got a six pack and lovely pecs! Really! Sadly, again, there are no photographs of him like this. Not that I can find, anyway.
